Common D-MATL Rooms in HCI

The Department of Materials owns four Seminar Rooms in the HCI building that can be used by department members for occasional meetings.

In addition the Department also owns a Computing Room for students.

General Rules

• stick to the booked times
• don't book 5 years in advance
  
• cancel the booking if you no longer require the room
• don't leave any glass bottles behind; they won't be removed by the cleaners
• if you have any parties you must clean up the room yourself; the cleaners won't do this for you
  
• don't remove the markers, pens and chalk
• return the tables and chairs to their original layout
• don't remove any chairs
• the multimedia cabinets and rooms must be closed and locked after use
• please report any repair requirements as soon as possible to roomres@mat.ethz.ch
• don't use plant pots as ash trays; there are ash trays on the balcony
