Laura Heyderman appointed Professor
The Department of Materials is happy to announce that on December 5/6, the Board of the Swiss Federal Institutes of Technology has appointed Laura Heyderman, currently scientific group leader at PSI, as Full Professor of Mesoscopic Systems.
Laura Heyderman specialises in periodically structured magnetic nanomaterials. In addition to her professorship Laura Heyderman will continue to head the Magnetic Nanostructures Group at PSI. Prof. Heyderman will take up office at ETH in January 2013.
